Clean the Machine Components
After using the floor scrubber, it is necessary to clean each component of it in time. Clean the dirt and debris on the brush disc and squeegee. Rinse the brush disc with clean water to remove the remaining detergent and stains. For the squeegee, check if it is clogged. If so, it can be unclogged with tools. Meanwhile, also clean the dust and stains on the machine's outer shell to keep the machine clean and tidy.
Empty and Clean the Water Tanks
Empty the liquid in the clean water tank and the dirty water tank, and then rinse the inside of the tanks with clean water to remove the remaining detergent and dirt. After cleaning, let the tanks dry to prevent the growth of bacteria and the generation of odors.
Inspect and Maintain the Consumables and Components of the Machine
Regularly check the wear situations of the brush disc and squeegee, and replace them in time according to the degree of wear. Meanwhile, check whether the electrical components such as power cords, plugs, and connectors are damaged. If necessary, repair or replace them. For battery-powered floor scrubbers, charge and maintain the batteries according to the requirements of the operation manual to extend the service life of the batteries.
