The high-pressure cleaner is a powerful assistant in the cleaning field. It operates based on high-pressure water jet technology and achieves efficient cleaning through a simple yet powerful mechanism.

Everything starts with the water intake process. The high-pressure washer is connected to a water source, which can be tap water or a tank. A filter at the water inlet will act first, blocking large-particle impurities such as sand, gravel, and rust to protect the machine's internal components.

Subsequently, the water flow enters the high-pressure pump, the core component. The high-pressure pump is powered by a motor or an engine. Components such as pistons and plungers inside move reciprocally. They first suck low-pressure water into the pump cavity and then compress it, enabling the water to obtain extremely high pressure, usually reaching dozens or even hundreds of atmospheres.

The high-pressure water after pressurization is conveyed to the spray gun along the high-pressure water pipe. The nozzle at the head of the spray gun is crucial. Nozzles of different shapes and specifications can guide and accelerate the high-pressure water. For example, a fan-shaped nozzle forms a fan-shaped water curtain, which is suitable for large-area cleaning; a circular nozzle generates a columnar water jet with concentrated impact force, which can deal with stubborn stains.

When the high-speed and high-pressure water jet impacts the surface of the object to be cleaned, the powerful impact force will break the adhesion between the dirt and the object's surface, washing away dust, sediment, etc. It can also break and peel off oil stains. At the same time, the cavitation effect generated by the impact of the water jet will cause the dissolved gas in the water to form tiny bubbles. These bubbles burst under high pressure, generating tiny shock waves, which further enhance the ability to break and peel off the dirt, thus completing various cleaning tasks.
